
Ingredients:
- ~6 corn tortillas (small guys)
- 1 TB olive oil (or avocado oil)
- Juice of 1 lime
- ½ tsp salt (to taste)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Cut your tortillas into small triangles (or whatever shape fits your fancy) and place on a baking sheet.

- Whisk together oil, lime, and salt with a fork in a small bowl or cup.

- Brush your delectable oil mixture over both sides of your tortillas — no probs if some overlap when you lay ’em out.
- Bake for 8-15 minutes — check your chips at the 8ish minute mark if you’re concerned ‘bout burning the bad boys. They’re done when crispy and golden 🙂
