This low-impact, full-body workout is just 30 minutes! These sessions include a combination of barre and ab work to help you lengthen your muscles and strengthen your core while building flexibility and strength. Modifications and amplifications are always offered throughout the class, so each student can find a version of the movements that fit their specific needs. You’ll be supported no matter where you are that day.
Props needed for Barre class are: light hand weights (nothing over 3 lbs), a stable, waist-high surface, a mat, and a small Pilates ball (9-inch)
