A one-hour accessible class for all (dancers and non-dancers alike), fusing elements of belly dance, fitness, yoga, and any other dance styles that move us!  We will be focusing a lot on movements through the torso to strengthen and tone the core while getting your heart rate up. All you need is your body!  Feel free to wear a hip scarf if you would like.
