This Pilates-inspired class flows from one move to the next making it feel like a dance on the mat!  This workout is low-impact with a focus on stretching and toning the muscles simultaneously.  These sessions will also incorporate ab chiseling moves to help sculpt a strong core!

Props needed for Pilates class are: light hand weights (nothing over 3 lbs), a stable, looped resistance band, a mat, and a small Pilates ball (9-inch)
