Class will begin with a 30-minute guided meditation where we focus on breathwork (tactical/square breath), progressive muscle relaxation, and mindfulness.  Following the meditation, we will take a short break and continue with 15 minutes of a relaxing sound bath utilizing singing bowls, drums, gongs, and chimes.  


PROPS (OPTIONAL):  Comfortable chair, blanket, candle, incense
