Set the tone for your day with a slow and mindful 60 minute yin practice. Longer holds allow you to feel the benefits of each stretch more fully and give you the opportunity to improve your mental fortitude. Each class will include a well rounded selection of poses to leave you feeling more spacious and vibrant from head to toe.

PROPS: 2 blocks and a blanket are recommended, but aren’t mandatory.
