This mixed-level class is designed for both the beginner and experienced student. It is a fun (because I’m dang funny), dynamic flow for those looking for a little more challenge — but who appreciate the freedom to listen to their body and slow down (yay, water breaks!). Each week, postures will focus on a specific of the body, with an emphasis on alignment and safety.
