This class is great for those who want to learn the basic asanas (poses), as well as students interested in mastering proper alignment. It is a slower practice that promotes strength and flexibility (not to  mention, patience!). Poses are held for a bit longer, which not only allows you to really feel the pose but help you stay focused and in the present.

Suggested props: 2 blocks, 2 blankets, strap
