This class is great for beginners and experienced students who want to focus on connecting their breath to active movement. A well-rounded, alignment-based practice, the class includes core conditioning, flexibility, balance, and an occasional bad joke or obscure movie quote or two (you’re welcome!). Breath and water breaks are included and encouraged (you’re welcome again!).
