Designed for prenatal, beginners, and experienced yogis alike, this class focuses on opening both the physical and subtle bodies. While much of class is spent working on the mat, there will be standing poses intended to challenge you, as well as improve balance, alignment, and strength! Lame jokes are free of charge.
