It’s amazing how much stress, anger and fear we hold in our bodies! As one of my teachers, Nikki Myers, says, “The issues live in our tissues, and until there is a release at all levels, something is missing.”

Suitable for prenatal, beginners and experienced yogis alike, this class focuses on opening both the physical and subtle bodies and releasing those negative emotions that hold us back. While much of class is spent working on the mat, there will be standing poses intended challenge you. Lame jokes are free of charge.
