Directions: 

Blend ingredients. Yes, that’s it.

Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado
  • ¼ teaspoon liquid smoke
  • ½ stalk of celery
  • 3-4 cherry tomatoes (or the equivalent if you just got a whole ‘mato)
  • Slice of white onion (to taste)
  • 2-4 cloves of garlic (to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon molasses
  • 1.5 tablespoons tamari
  • Dash red chili pepper
  • Splash red wine vinegar
  • (Add a little water to the mix to help blend. The more H2o you add, the thinner it’ll get — more of a dressing than a dip, if you’re into that)

**I could write “to taste” about each of these ingredients really… nothing is etched in stone. Just go with the flow, blend it up, taste, tweak if needed, rinse, repeat, blah blah blah. Trust your taste buds!

The lazybones version of this is to blend 1 avocado with your fav BBQ sauce. Boom. Done.
