INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 lemon
  • 4-6 stalks celery
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 2-3 handfuls spinach (or mixed greens of whatever kind)
  • 1 bunch of kale (or collard greens, dandelion greens, swiss chard, beet greens, etc.)
  • 2-3 green apples (or red for sweeter taste)

+add parsley or cilantro for extra flavor!

+add pineapple or pear to increase sweetness levels

+add fennel root for a mild anise flavor, giving some ZING!

+add cabbage to help with digestion, inflammation, and excessive levels of acidity in the body.
