When you do any kind of fascial work — just like when you get a massage — hydration is KEY afterwards.  Here’s a list of some of the most water-dense foods you can munch on (or blend up, or juice) to replenish yourself and help you make the most out of the work you just did!

These are all ~90% (or higher) of water:
