FAQ

When am I charged for my membership fee?

If you’ve enrolled in the monthly membership payment option, your credit card will be automatically charged each month. If you’ve purchased our annual membership, your credit card will be automatically charged when your membership expires the following year.

I need to cancel my monthly membership. How do I do that?

Easy peasy.  Simply log into your membership account and cancel within your personal profile section.  Do note that you need to cancel prior to your membership automatically renewing and that the membership is not prorated.  That means if you decide on the 15th that you want to cancel but your membership renews on the 29th, you won’t receive any credits or refunds for the unused dates.

What's your refund policy?

We don’t offer refunds on any services or products on the Taday Wellness site or membership experience, but we don’t think you’ll ever want one.

Can I share a membership with someone else?
At this time memberships are not transferable and are limited to the individual member enrolled in our membership.
What happens if I pay for a class and the class is canceled?

If you donate to a teacher prior to class and for some reason the class is canceled, you will receive a credit for a future class with that teacher.

Oh, no, there's a glitch!
If there are any technical difficulties on the part of Taday Wellness, we will assess the situation and determine if any credits shall be given.
