Blend it up!


  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • Splash of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 date (give or take)
  • 1-2 teaspoons coconut aminos (or soy sauce/tamari)
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • Dash of turmeric + black pepper (optional)

**If you like it a little spicier, add some cayenne; if you like it sweeter, add more dates; if it’s too liquidy, blend in a chunk of zucchini or some mushrooms!
