Water = Life. We need water, we are water. There’s a lot of chatter about how much to drink, which bottled brand is best, what filter to use, etc. While these are super important things to consider, they don’t address the issue of minerals in our water.
We all know we drink wa-wa to stay hydrated, but we also need it for those sweet, sweet minerals that our water carries — or, should carry, rather.
Now I don’t know all the fancy-shmancy water companies and filtration systems, but I do know that the majority of what’s cheap and generally easily accessible to the public is the kind of water that doesn’t hold all that it should. Even if you have a nice filtered water setup, oftentimes the filter takes a lot of the good stuff out, along with the bad.

The “good stuff” = minerals, and we need as much as we can get (while maintaining balance in the bod). To get these minerals back into our H2o, alls-we-gotta-do is add a pinch of sea salt to your water! Sea salt carries an abundance of minerals, including:
- calcium
- bromine
- potassium
- phosphorus
- iron
- zinc
- sodium
- manganese
- iodine
- copper
- boron
These are just a FEW minerals/trace minerals that are found in sea salt. Do a little internet search later if you’re still curious about what else is in the sea salt goodie bag.
How to Mineralize Your Drinking Water:
Get your filtered/distilled/fancy/mundane water and add a pinch of salt (good, real (sea) salt… bye-bye table salt… like, for good.
That’s all you need! Consider yourself better hydrated and a pro-mineral-absorber already! Feeling good never felt so easy.
Here are a few salt options we recommend:
*Terrasoul Superfoods Himalayan Pink Salt, extra fine

Stoked about being better mineralized? Go do a little search on the plethora of other benefits sea salt has in store for you!
(Hint, hint: great for digestion, weight-loss, anti-aging, hair/skin/nails, overly acidic body pH, and more more more!)
