INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond or soy milk
  • 1 Tb apple cider vinegar (white vinegar or lemon juice also work)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Whisk two ingredients together
  2. Let sit for 5-10 mins to thicken and curdle
  3. Boom! Enjoy in any buttermilk recipes as needed 🙂
